I've spent over ten years in the behavioral health space, and it's been a truly rewarding ride. Along the way, I’ve learned how to scale recruiting across different regions, roll out tools like ATS and HRIS, and build great partnerships across teams. These days, I get to lead an incredible group at Apara Autism Centers and Autism Learning Collaborative, where we're all about creating smart, people-focused hiring strategies that support real growth.
